Taxation - Tonnage Tax consultation to be launched

On November 11th, Federal Council announced that a consultation on Tonnage tax will be launched in February 2021.

Swiss Shipowners Association welcomes this decision. Tonnage tax is a key element supporting Swiss maritime sector and allowing Switzerland to gain competitiveness.
