Environment – R&D fund / MEPC 75

Swiss Shipowners Association supports the proposal from ICS, BIMCO, CLIA, INTERCARGO, INTERFERRY, INTERTANKO, IPTA and WSC for the implementation of a research and development fund for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Following Swiss Shipowners Association intervention, Federal Council confirmed its support for this initiative that should be discussed during MEPC 75.
